SIOE organises sports activities for schools and organisations who work with groups of children. Professional, experienced workers accompany the children to one of the locations in and around Amsterdam. Groups can choose from a range of camps:

Secret Garden

Just outside Amsterdam is the little-known Amsteltuin. This hidden treasure is a joy for children to play in as they are free to pick and eat the various plants. An afternoon in the Amsteltuin is very suitable for a nature excursion, a sports afternoon, or a children's party. And it's no problem if it rains: the group leaders put up their tent so that the games can continue under canvass.

Farm Orchard

Sleepover? That is no problem in the farm orchard at Farmer Dick's. His garden is home to a group of tipis where children can spend the night. During the day there are plenty of activities such as canoeing and archery, and Farmer Dick can always use some extra hands to help on the farm.

Sailing with the Sun

The 'Eco Tour' is a fun and educational boat trip for young people aged 12 to 16 yrs. The sailing and rowing boat the Merlan is equipped with solar panels so it can sail under solar power. The boat sails on the rivers Amstel and Waver. Halfway through the trip the boat moors at the Orchard of Farmer Dick where the children spend the night. During the trip the children learn about healthy food which they cook themselves on a real campfire. Maximum group size 10 children.
