Museum De Hallen is made up of two historic buildings in the centre of Haarlem: De Vleeshal and the Verweyhal. The exhibitions are anything but historical: visitors are given an insight into developments in international contemporsry art.

The imposing St Bavochurch is a real eye-catcher right in the centre of Haarlem. The church is in the top 100 of UNESCO monuments in the Netherlands and is well worth visiting. Organ concerts are given regularly on the Christiaan Müller organ.
